AIEME is an educational center offering both onsite and online courses.  The site you’re now on will provide information on all of the “completely online” course offerings.   Online courses are available on 24/7 with a six month participation window.

Online participants who also need Onsite courses (ACLS, BLS, PALS), will receive a discount when registering for those courses.  The code will be provided immediately after registration.

Pricing is based upon the credit hours awarded.  As you select a course, the pricing will be listed in the specific course description.

During registration, you will have the option of selecting “Employer Paid.”  There will be a drop-down list of direct bill employers.  You can simply select your employer’s name from that list and utilize the “Coupon Code” that is provided to you by your employer.

Yes. AIEME Online courses are self-paced, so you can stop and return to your course as needed. Your progress will be saved, and you’ll have access to the course for 6 months from the date of purchase.

A receipt will be sent immediately after registration.

To request a cancellation, please contact AIEME Online as soon as possible. Please note that, due to the nature of our online courses, refunds cannot be issued once course content has been accessed.

If you have not yet accessed the course, please contact us to review your cancellation request.

When you register for a course, an AIEME Online account is automatically created for you using the email address provided at checkout, if you do not already have an account.

You will receive an email with instructions to set your password. While you can begin your course immediately after registration without setting a password, you will need to complete this step to log back into your account later and access your course, progress, and certificates.

If you already have an AIEME Online account, your new course will automatically be added to your existing account.

Be sure to use the same email address when registering for future courses so all of your courses and certificates remain together in one account.

If you don’t receive the email to set your password, first check your spam or junk folder and make sure you’re checking the same email address used during registration.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the email address associated with your AIEME Online account.

Yes, as part of our service to participants, we will upload contact hours into CE Broker.  Typically, this will be completed within two (2) business days from the course completion date.

Your certificate can be located in your account dashboard and easily downloaded.
